Serb Dushan Neshiq was arrested this morning at the Jarinjë border crossing.
This was confirmed by Veton Elshani, Deputy Director of Police for the North. He stated that the arrest was made based on a court order related to a 2022 case involving “threats.”
Elshani added that Neshiq was arrested while entering Kosovo from Serbia.
“The individual was detained on Monday around 5 a.m. while entering Kosovo from Serbia. The suspect has been held for 48 hours and is currently at the police station in South Mitrovica,” he said.
