Nenad Rashiq’s party, For Freedom, Justice and Survival, says it has secured one seat in the Assembly of Kosovo for the next four years.

Rashiq’s party received 4,600 votes in yesterday’s parliamentary elections.

“We experience this trust as a great honor, but also as an obligation to be even stronger, more present, and more committed to the interests of citizens,” Rashiq’s party said in a statement published on Facebook.

Last night, the Serb List claimed that it won 90 percent of the votes cast by the Serb community and secured all 10 seats reserved for the Serb community in the Assembly.

Following this claim, officials from the Serb List, including its leader Zlatan Elek, said that Rashiq’s party received votes “in areas where Serbs do not live,” adding that they will wait for an assessment by the Central Election Commission (CEC).
