Following the shocking wiretaps published on “Debat Plus”, where Hysri Selimi, arrested on espionage charges, was the central figure, Dukagjini TV has continued its investigations, uncovering new details about his connections to Serbia’s intelligence service.

Reliable sources confirm that the officer from the Serbian Intelligence Agency (BIA) who communicated with Selimi is Igor Babiq, born in 1975 in Gjilan. Currently an active officer in Nis, Serbia, Babiq has significant influence in the Gjilan region, where he is considered a key figure in maintaining the power of the Serb List.

According to information gathered by Debat Plus, Babiq was part of the UDB (State Security Administration) structures during the 1990s, and his communications with Selimi reveal an organized network of influence and espionage activities.

Meanwhile, the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI) possesses data on several trips made by Selimi to Serbia, which are suspected to have been part of this coordinated activity against Kosovo’s security.
