Serbian lawyer Čedomir Stojković has accused President Aleksandar Vučić of once again publicly engaging Milan Radoičić and members of his paramilitary organization to secure political rallies.
According to Stojković, Radoičić — who was filmed at Vučić’s rally yesterday alongside his group — continues to play a central role in providing security for the Serbian president, despite his criminal background and links to terrorism.
“Milan Radoičić was filmed at Vučić’s rally yesterday together with members of his group, which carried out a paramilitary/terrorist attack in Banjska, Kosovo in September 2023, following the Donbas scenario,” Stojković wrote.
He highlighted several key points:
1️⃣ On September 24, 2023, Radoičić and his heavily armed group attempted to provoke war in northern Kosovo.
2️⃣ One of the men filmed with him yesterday was also seen guarding the Presidency building in Belgrade during Vučić’s presence on June 28, 2025.
3️⃣ Vučić has consistently denied links with these individuals, despite Western intelligence findings.
4️⃣ The same men filmed by drones during the Banjska operation are now providing security at Vučić’s political rallies.
5️⃣ Radoičić remains on Interpol’s Red Notice list.
6️⃣ He has been judicially declared responsible for the assassination of Oliver Ivanović.
Stojković concluded:
- A: Vučić created a paramilitary/terrorist group in 2023 for operations in Kosovo and to implement the Donbas scenario.
- B: Today, he uses this terrorist group to suppress citizens and remain in power through force and violence.
“Formally independent from the state, but in reality, created by Vučić’s regime,” the lawyer stated.
