The Kosovo Police intervened today at the sports hall in North Mitrovica, preventing municipal officials from removing chairs in the colors representing the city of Mitrovica and replacing them with chairs symbolizing the flag of Serbia.
The journalists obtained a photograph from inside the sports hall showing Kosovo Police officers present in the facility. According to the images secured inside the hall, Igor Simić, a representative of the Serbian List, was also present.
Until now, the Kosovo Police have not provided official details regarding the intervention or the circumstances that led to this situation.
