A moment in which a female member of the Serbian Parliament is hit with a bottle on the head has surfaced on social media.
Reports indicate that the attack came from the benches of the governing majority, although Speaker Ana Brnabić claims it was carried out by representatives of the opposition.
Based on the footage, it is unclear which deputy the bottle was thrown at.
It is worth noting that in a session of the Serbian Parliament, shortly after 11:00 AM, there was a brawl, scuffles, and the throwing of smoke bombs.
As Ana Brnabić stated, three deputies were injured. She claims that one of them, Jasmina Obradović, suffered a stroke and is fighting for her life, while deputy Sonja Ilić, who is eight months pregnant, went into shock and is fighting for her child. The third injured person was Jasmina Karanac, who also sustained injuries.
