In Niedergösgen, Canton of Solothurn, two people were injured during an altercation on Saturday night – one of them is in critical condition.
The suspected perpetrator has been apprehended by the Solothurn Cantonal Police.
Around 12:30 AM, the Solothurn Cantonal Police received a report of a physical fight among several people on Jurastrasse in Niedergösgen.
Police forces and rescue services arrived immediately, according to a statement from the Solothurn Cantonal Police, as reported by polizeinews.ch.
A 35-year-old Kosovar and a 48-year-old Australian were injured, with one in critical condition. Both were taken to the hospital after receiving initial treatment. The suspected perpetrator, a 35-year-old Serbian terrorist, was captured by the police.
The police and public prosecutor’s office have launched an investigation and are seeking witnesses related to the case.
