Full Announcement:

Dear consumers,

🛑 We inform you that WTP Shkabaj has been out of operation since 05:00 this morning due to extremely high turbidity levels in the Ibër–Lepenc canal, caused by works being conducted there.

As a result, the following areas are without water supply:

Fushë Kosova
Drenas
Obiliq
Part of the Kalabria neighborhood / Prishtina
High-altitude areas of the Arbëria neighborhood

Furthermore, disruptions and reductions in supply are expected in several areas of the capital.

Our teams are on the ground and continuously monitoring the situation. Water supply will be restored immediately once the parameters in the supply canal stabilize.

We apologize to citizens for the inconvenience caused, THROUGH NO FAULT OF OUR OWN, as the canal is not managed by RWC “Prishtina”.

Meanwhile, at the Albanik and Badovc WTPs, we are treating water at maximum capacity.
