Former Kosovo Police officer Shemsi Mustafa from Mitrovica, who had previously been arrested by Serbian forces at the border, has passed away.
Family members, colleagues, and friends have described Mustafa as a man with a big heart, a dedicated father and grandfather, as well as a respected colleague and friend, Jepi Zë reports.
The late Mustafa will be remembered as a professional who dedicated much of his life to ensuring the safety of citizens, serving with commitment and integrity, without distinction.
He was widely known for his professionalism and strong dedication to his duties, particularly during his service in the northern region of Kosovo.
