Vetëvendosje MP Shqipe Selimi has expressed gratitude to all citizens who traveled from across the world to join the protest in The Hague against what she described as the injustices of the Specialist Chambers.
Selimi called the demonstration a “necessary protest, and in the right place,” drawing a contrast with the previous protest organized in Prishtina by the War Veterans’ Organizations.
“A necessary protest, and in the right place!
I express my gratitude and thank all citizens from Kosovo and around the world who joined in The Hague to raise their voices against the injustices taking place there,” Selimi wrote.
The protest in The Hague brought together participants from Kosovo, the diaspora, and other Albanian communities, aiming to raise international awareness about the ongoing trials of former KLA leaders.
