On Saturday, August 30, six new officers of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) — Adrian Ukiqi, Fatlind Neziri, Getoar Berisha, Hamdi Hasani, Shefit Tahiri, and Dardane Mehmeti — successfully graduated from the Turkish Military Academy.

The new KSF officers completed a five-year study program that combined military training with civilian academic education.

As part of this program, they undertook intensive field exercises, acquired advanced military knowledge, and developed skills in leadership, strategy, and management.

“In addition to theoretical and academic studies, the cadets successfully completed advanced field exercises at the military camp in Izmir, where they were trained in tactics, combat operations, and real-world scenario management,” stated Acting Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci.

A key component of their training was the successful completion of the Commando Course at Isparta’s “Dağ Komando Okulu,” one of the most prestigious and challenging schools for elite forces training.

Over the course of five years, the new officers gained in-depth knowledge in both military and academic fields, preparing them to take active roles in missions and responsibilities within the KSF.
