The North Atlantic Alliance has expressed support for the new European Union Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Peter Sorensen.
In a statement on its official “X” account, NATO spokesperson Allison Hart said that continued NATO-EU cooperation is key to maintaining stability in the Balkans.
“NATO looks forward to working closely with the new EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, Peter Sorensen.”
“Continued NATO-EU cooperation is the key to maintaining stability across the entire Western Balkans region,” the statement said.
Sorensen will lead the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue starting February 1, succeeding Miroslav Lajčak.
