Another mission to deploy Starlink network satellites into low Earth orbit was carried out today by Elon Musk’s company, SpaceX, using a Falcon 9 rocket.
Specifically, the first stage of the rocket made its landing back on Earth eight minutes after launch from Cape Canaveral and successfully docked with the autonomous drone ship named “Just Read the Instructions.”
Today’s flight was the 16th for this Falcon 9 rocket. Nine out of its 15 previous launches have been Starlink missions.
