Last night, Juventus secured a hard-fought 3-2 victory against Bodo/Glimt in the Champions League.
Kosovar footballer Edon Zhegrova played only a few minutes, entering the game in the 83rd minute, reports Rks News.
After the match, coach Luciano Spalletti explained why Zhegrova hasn’t been getting more playing time.
“We have many players who can dribble beautifully and beat an opponent, such as Yildiz, Zhegrova, and Conceicao. But if you play with all of them at once, you lose balance.
“We need to play higher-quality football. We are trying to move away from mediocrity,” Spalletti said after the match.
This was the first victory that the Kosovar player has enjoyed wearing the “Old Lady” jersey.
