The Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague has released the updated court schedule for the August–October 2025 period in the case of “Thaçi et al.”
According to the latest decision by the Trial Panel, the newly updated hearing calendar, which covers proceedings from August through October 2025, is now available online via the court’s official calendar.
“Currently, aside from the Defense Preparation Conference, no other hearings are scheduled in August, while trial hearings are set to resume in the second half of September and on October 1 and 2,” the court announced.
Specifically:
In August, a Defense Preparation Conference is scheduled to take place at 10:00.
In September, a total of 10 trial hearings are scheduled.
In October, two hearings are planned, on October 1 and 2.
This timeline reflects the ongoing efforts to advance proceedings in the high-profile trial involving former Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi and co-defendants.
