The leader of the Srpska lista, Zlatan Elek, confirmed that his party will participate in the February 9 elections and today presented the candidates for parliament in a video message.
Among the candidates are Igor Simić and Slavko Simić, while former leader of the Srpska lista, Goran Rakić, is notably absent.
On the official Facebook page Elek expressed confidence that Srpska would secure all 10 reserved parliamentary seats, stating, “As you can see, we are determined from all corners of Kosovo [and Metohija] in our fight for these 10 parliamentary seats, and we will certainly win all the seats allocated to the Serbian community. Because of Miloš Nikola, Kristijan, Dare, Stefan, and all our brothers who are unjustly imprisoned, we are entering this democratic battle stronger than ever, because we know what we are defending and what we are fighting for. In the end, long live Serbian unity, long live the Srpska lista, and long live the state of Serbia!”
