Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer held important discussions today, focusing on the ongoing efforts to secure a sustainable peace process.

The news was shared by President Zelensky in a post on X, KosovaPress reports.

“I spoke with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer. We had a long conversation and addressed many nuances of diplomatic work in planning the peace process. Coordination will continue, and I am grateful to the British people for their support,” Zelensky wrote on X.

He also announced that advisers from Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, and Germany will meet tomorrow in Switzerland to advance their joint diplomatic work.

Following his call with Zelensky, Prime Minister Starmer also held a phone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump.

According to a Downing Street spokesperson, Starmer first briefed Zelensky on the progress made within the Coalition of the Willing during the G20 Summit in South Africa. Starmer then conveyed the same information to Trump.

Both leaders agreed that their teams will work together on the 28-point peace plan in Geneva and committed to holding another conversation tomorrow.
