UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, speaking at the summit roundtable, told fellow leaders that he believes a “real breakthrough” can be achieved to help end the war in Ukraine, particularly through the issue of security guarantees.
He emphasized that a trilateral meeting would be the most logical next step.
According to him, with such a potential meeting and the establishment of security guarantees, it would mark “a historic step forward.”
