The Supreme Court has handled a total of 43 administrative appeals from political entities/candidates against decisions made by the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel, reports Gazeta Sinjali.
The Supreme Court has ruled on all 43 appeals under its review: 20 have been rejected, 11 dismissed as inadmissible, 9 have been accepted, and 3 have been partially accepted.
The finalized decisions are accessible and published on the Supreme Court’s website.
The spokesperson for the CEC, Valmir Elezi, stated to Gazeta Sinjali that they are awaiting the Supreme Court’s decision regarding the PDAK-LpB’s appeal in order to announce the final results.
