The panel of the Supreme Court has rejected as unfounded the appeal submitted by the Vetëvendosje Movement against the decision of the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) dated September 17.
Previously, ECAP had dismissed as groundless VV’s complaint against the Serbian List regarding alleged violations of the Code of Conduct during the campaign for the October 12 elections.
“The panel of the Supreme Court, after assessing the legality of the contested decision and reviewing the case files, found that: The appeal is unfounded,” the court’s statement said.
VV, in its appeal submitted to ECAP on September 15, emphasized that “the political entity Srpska Lista, during its campaign opening rally, displayed the slogan ‘svi za brata Milana’ (‘all for brother Milan’), thereby expressing support for Milan Radojičić, who has been declared wanted by the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo as the organizer of the 2023 Banjska terrorist attack.”
