The Supreme Court of Kosovo has received a total of six administrative appeals concerning the final results of the early parliamentary elections held on December 28, 2025.
According to Antigona Uka, spokesperson for the Supreme Court, the appeals were submitted by various political parties and individual candidates, primarily challenging decisions made by the Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP).
The appeals include submissions from:
- Partia Rome e Bashkuar e Kosovës
- Koalicioni PAI–PDAK–LPB
- Emilia Rexhepi, representative of the NDS
- Partia e Re Demokratike – Nova Demokratski Stranka (NDS) from Prizren
- Bekim Haxhiu, who filed two separate appeals
The Supreme Court has a statutory five-day period to review and issue rulings on these appeals.
These cases mark a key step in the post-election process, as Kosovo’s judiciary ensures that all complaints regarding electoral procedures are addressed in line with the law.
