The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo will hold a hearing today regarding the lawsuit filed by the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC) against the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO).

The session will take place at the Palace of Justice.

The lawsuit concerns decisions made by the ERO, which, according to the Chamber of Commerce, have unfairly impacted local businesses and distorted competition in the energy market.

The Supreme Court is expected to review the arguments presented by both parties, while the final ruling is anticipated to carry significant implications for the country’s energy sector and business environment.

In August of this year, the KCC published the lawsuit document, emphasizing that the legal action was taken to protect the interests of businesses, the national economy, and citizens as end consumers.
