The vote counting from the diaspora is nearing completion, and the race in the Tirana district is proving to be tighter and more unpredictable than expected, bringing major surprises for the Socialist Party (Partia Socialiste), reports Rks News.
Preliminary results show that 11 prominent figures of the party are currently outside the winning list and risk not being part of the new legislature, which is expected to begin in September.
