Suspicions of Vote Manipulation: After Prizren, Prosecution Authorizes Police to Collect Evidence in Malisheva

The Basic Prosecution Office in Gjakova stated that, within its legal competencies, it is externally monitoring the vote recount process of the election results.

The prosecution announced that it has authorized the Kosovo Police to undertake all necessary actions in the Municipality of Malisheva, including the identification of responsible individuals, the collection of information, and the securing of relevant evidence related to suspicions of vote manipulation involving candidates for deputy seats in the Assembly of Kosovo.

The Basic Prosecution Office in Gjakova reaffirmed its commitment to protecting the free will of voters and to addressing every suspected case, with the aim of safeguarding the integrity of the electoral process and upholding the rule of law.
