In a press conference, the Minister of the Interior, Xhelal Sveçla, stated that the confiscations during Friday’s operation in the village of Rodel, Leposaviq, prove that the parallel structures of the terrorist organization “Civil Protection” remain active in Kosovo. The operation resulted in the seizure of military uniforms, weapons, ammunition, and documents linking the group to continued activities in the region.

Sveçla blamed the main terrorist figure, Milan Radoičić, for orchestrating the activities of the group. He emphasized that Serbia continues to shelter Radoičić, who is seen as the head of this terrorist organization, aiming to keep remnants of terrorist groups alive both in Kosovo and Serbia.

He called on those involved with Radoičić’s network to surrender their weapons and equipment, urging them to reintegrate into society. “We remain determined and committed to ensuring security in every corner of the Republic. Investigations will continue to identify all individuals involved in this activity,” Sveçla concluded.
