The head of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Tomas Szunyog, who is serving his mandate, went for the last time as the bloc’s ambassador to the office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti.

Szunyog wrote in “X” about the farewell meeting with Kurti, whom he said he thanked for his cooperation.

He also showed that he encouraged him to speed up the reforms to get closer to the EU.

“I reaffirmed the EU’s role as a stable and irreplaceable partner for Kosovo and encouraged it to accelerate the necessary reforms for Kosovo’s path to the EU,” Szunyog wrote.
