Starting tomorrow, testing will commence for candidates who have applied to become active soldiers of the Kosovo Army. A total of 1,658 people have applied for 300 open positions.

The candidates will undergo physical testing from October 21 to October 24 at the “Skënderbeu” Barracks in Ferizaj.

According to the announcement made by the Ministry of Defense and the Kosovo Security Force, the first group of applicants must report to the barracks no later than 7:30 AM, while the second group must arrive no later than 11:30 AM.

The testing of candidates for the Kosovo Force soldiers will be conducted in three disciplines: push-ups, sit-ups, and running.

Candidates undergoing the test are recommended to stay hydrated 24 hours before the start of physical testing.

Additionally, all candidates invited on the day of testing must bring their application code, ID card, or another form of identification. They are also required to wear sports attire.

Over the past four years, the KSF has opened four recruitment calls for soldiers and four more for cadets.

The total number of recruits in the Kosovo Security Force during the period from 2021 to 2024 has reached 2,271, effectively doubling the total number of KSF personnel.
