Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that they are “in communication with the Government of North Macedonia after the arrest of former KLA soldier Blerim Ramadani according to an arrest warrant from Serbia.
Kurti said in a media conference that they are working to find out more and that there is no “submission to Serbia’s aggressiveness towards Kosovo”.
“Meanwhile, our Ministry of Justice and not only are in communication with the Government of North Macedonia, with the relevant sectors there, so that we can find out more about the citizen of Kosovo who is being detained there and that he is not subjected to aggressiveness of Serbia towards Kosovo, which is also reflected in such arrest warrants for our citizens”, he said.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora announced last night that it had been informed about the arrest of Ramadan, a former member of the KLA in the operational area of Nerodime.
