Due to the small number of voters, only 75, the Central Election Commission decided that the voting process, initially scheduled for February 8, 2025, will not take place at the polling stations in three diplomatic missions located in different countries.

The polling stations in the diplomatic missions in Ankara (Turkey), Canberra (Australia), and Iowa (USA) will not operate because of the low number of registered voters: 25, 18, and 32 voters, respectively.

According to the CEC, all registered voters in these locations will be able to vote by mail through the postal boxes set up by the CEC in these countries.

Following this decision, the voting process will take place in 15 Embassies and 15 Consulates of the Republic of Kosovo, located in 18 different countries worldwide.
