U.S. President Donald Trump has once again commented on the ongoing war in Gaza, stressing his commitment to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the need for a swift resolution to the conflict.
Speaking to reporters at the White House before meeting South Korean President Lee Jae-myung, Trump underlined that the world must not forget the October 7 Hamas attacks on Israel.
He revealed that a “very serious” diplomatic push is expected in the coming days, aimed at both ending the war and securing the release of Israeli hostages still held in Gaza.
“The end is coming,” Trump declared. “I think within two to three weeks you will see a very convincing conclusion.”
The U.S. President added that he had spoken directly with Netanyahu, urging him to take decisive steps to address the situation without further delay.
