A tragic event has occurred in the Aliu family from Lower Gadimja in the municipality of Lipjan.
Their family member, Faik Aliu, a teacher and soldier, has passed away.
Today, the deceased was given his final farewell in his village.
In 1998 and 1999, when the Kosovo Liberation Army was fighting in the area, Aliu joined the ranks and served his homeland until the end of the war.
After the war ended, he returned to his beloved profession of teaching, where he worked until his retirement.
