Lawyer Arianit Koci has reacted to the ongoing debates about the opening of the Ibër Bridge.
In a Facebook post, he expressed that the bridge should and will be opened.
However, Koci urged that the demands of international actors be carefully analyzed.
“There is no compromise on Kosovo’s sovereignty. But delaying the opening of the bridge for a few months does not harm Kosovo’s statehood.
The New Year, or even three months later, would be an optimal compromise for all parties to complete this task that should have been done much earlier,” the lawyer wrote, as reported by “Bota sot.”

On the other hand, the prayers, requests, and insistence of international friends to delay the opening of the bridge should be carefully analyzed.
