The “Ibrahim Rugova” highway has been reopened for traffic after being closed yesterday due to a landslide.

The reopening was announced in a statement from the Ministry of Infrastructure.

“We inform you that the Vërmicë-Prishtinë highway has been opened for vehicle circulation, following a landslide that occurred yesterday morning. Our teams have worked tirelessly to remove the large amounts of collapsed soil from this section of the highway, despite additional landslides occurring today.

Through this announcement, we inform you that all vehicles can now circulate on this highway,” the statement reads.
