The official of the Vetëvendosje Movement’s Media Office, Arlind Manjhuka, has published a photo where some workers are seen installing the KOSTT sign at the Vallac substation in the Municipality of Zveçan.
This comes after the agreement reached for the payment of electricity in the North and the agreement given by the Government of Kosovo that the collection and payment of electricity bills in that part will be done by the Serbian company “Elektrosever”.
