Albania has been awarded the Silver Medal as the most desirable country to visit by tourists during the 23rd edition of the “Wanderlust” awards, organized by the prestigious British magazine through a public voting process.
This was announced by the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, on his Facebook platform.
“A wonderful piece of news from the ‘Wander Reader Travel Awards’ in London, where #AlbaniaTourism was honored with the Silver Medal as the most desirable destination for tourists during the 23rd edition of the awards presented by the prestigious British magazine ‘Wanderlust.’ This recognition highlights our country as a destination rapidly gaining global fame, where natural beauty blends with rich cultural heritage,” Rama wrote.
