The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has received a congratulatory message from the President of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, on the occasion of Kosovo’s 17th Independence Anniversary.
In his message, President Milanović expressed his heartfelt congratulations to President Osmani and to all the citizens of Kosovo, wishing progress and prosperity for the country.
He highlighted the traditional friendly and close relations between the two states and emphasized the importance of further strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual interest for the benefit of both peoples.
The Croatian president also underlined the crucial role of cooperation between Kosovo and Croatia for stability, security, and collaboration in Southeastern Europe. He reiterated Croatia’s unwavering support for Kosovo’s integration into international organizations and regional cooperation formats, including its membership in the European Union and NATO.
