The accused, identified as J.GJ., is alleged to have engaged in espionage activities from an unspecified date until her arrest on February 28, 2025. While serving as an official of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, she is accused of deliberately and repeatedly assisting the intelligence operations of a foreign agency—specifically, the Security and Intelligence Agency of the Republic of Serbia (BIA).
According to the Prosecution:
“The defendant, who held the position of National Program Officer at the OSCE Regional Center in Mitrovica, is accused of having obtained and distributed sensitive documents and information for the benefit of BIA. These actions, as stated by the Prosecution, compromised the constitutional order and national security of Kosovo and endangered the lives and safety of state officials, citizens, and OSCE international personnel in Kosovo.”
