Heavy rainfall has forced many vacationers to leave the beaches of Velipojë and Shëngjin.
As a result, for more than two hours there has been heavy traffic on the main roads Shkodër–Lezhë and Lezhë–Milot.
Traffic has also been hindered on secondary roads, while the exit from Shëngjin remains problematic for drivers. Police officers have been deployed at major roads and intersections to manage the situation.
