The preliminary results from Kosovo’s local elections indicate that several candidates have already secured clear victories for mayoral positions in the first round of voting.
Municipalities with Albanian Majority
- Sami Lushtaku (PDK) leads in Skenderaj with 83.45% of the votes.
- Ilir Ferati (LDK) is ahead in Istog with 58.78%.
- Agim Aliu (PDK) has secured another mandate in Ferizaj, winning 56.47% of the votes.
- Shpejtim Bulliqi (LVV) leads in Podujevë with 53.42%.
- Imri Ahmeti (LDK) is in front in Lipjan with 51.15%.
- Bashkim Ramosaj (AAK) has achieved a decisive victory in Deçan with 51.57%.
- Ramiz Lladrovci (PDK) won in Drenas, collecting 52.31% or 13,140 votes after all ballots were counted.
- Ekrem Kastrati (Nisma) leads in Malishevë with over 53.50%.
- Mehmet Ballazhi (PDK) also secured another term without a runoff, winning 56.47%.
- Kadri Rahimaj (LVV) in Kamenicë achieved 50.56%.
- Qemajl Aliu (LVV) in Shtime won with 50.52%.
- Abdulhadi Krasniç (KDTP) leads in Mamushë with 50.52%.
Municipalities with Serb Majority
Preliminary results show a clear lead for the Serbian List (Lista Srpska) in most Serb-majority municipalities:
- Zoran Todić in Leposaviq – 70.35%
- Saša Milošević in Novobërdë – 61.31%
- Ivica Tanasijević in Shtërpcë – 66.41%
- Miloš Perović in Zubin Potok – 79.67%
- Dragiša Milović in Zveçan – 86.66%
- Novak Živić in Graçanicë – 61.88%
- Tanja Antić in Ranillug – 72.06%
- Dragan Petković in Partesh – 89.88%
- Milan Radojević in North Mitrovica – 59.67%
These results confirm a strong performance for PDK, LDK, and LVV in Albanian-majority municipalities and a dominant victory for Lista Srpska in Serb-majority areas.
