KEDS has announced that on Friday, 21 November 2025, necessary works will be carried out to ensure the safety of the energy system.
As a result, several locations will experience electricity interruptions.
Below is the schedule by regions:
Prishtina
Necessary works for system safety
From the 110/35/10kV Substation Fushë Kosova, the following will be interrupted:
- 10kV Feeder “Shtepia e Kulturës” (code: 15100003) from 11:00 to 14:00
Affected areas:
The center of Fushë Kosova near the Train Station and the left side up to the road near the kindergarten.
Reason:
Safety-related interruption; installation of XHE 49-A cable, 1×150/25mm² according to project requirements.
Ferizaj
Investment project works
From the 35/10kV Substation Ferizaj III, the following will be interrupted:
- 10kV Feeder Varoshi (code: 40042005) from 09:30 to 18:00
Affected areas:
Villages: Elezaj (partially), Gërlicë (partially), Greme, Qardak–Old Kaçanik (partially), part of the Ferizaj–Kaçanik highway, Rakaj, and Varosh.
Reason:
Investment projects. Energizing of the new line.
From the 110/35/10kV Substation Ferizaj 1, the following will be interrupted:
- 10kV Feeder Komogllava (code: 40000009) from 09:30 to 18:00
Affected areas:
Villages: Bibaj (4 customers), Fshati i Vjetër, Gërlicë, Komogllavë, part of the Ferizaj–Kaçanik highway, one customer on the Prishtinë–Ferizaj highway, and Varosh.
Reason:
Investment projects. Energizing of the new line.
From the 35/10kV Substation Ferizaj III, the following will be interrupted:
- 10kV Feeder Gaçka (code: 40042002) from 09:30 to 18:00
Affected areas:
Greme, Gaçka, Burrnik, Izhanc, Kashtanjeva, Bajnicë, Semaj, Prushaj, Sllatina, and private businesses.
Reason:
Investment projects. Energizing of new lines.
Third-party works
From the 35/10kV Substation Ferizaj II, the following will be interrupted:
- TS 10/0.4kV Kosovatransi (code: 40041038079) from 09:00 to 13:00
Affected areas:
Customers near the Bus Station.
Reason:
Replacement of transformer and TU panel according to PEE.
From the 35/10kV Substation Shtërpca, the following will be interrupted:
- 10kV Feeder J02 Molika (code: 40044007) from 08:30 to 15:30
Affected areas:
TS Repeater, TS Ski School, TS Kulla, TS Hotel Molika.
Reason:
Positioning of the transformer, reinforcement with side metal poles, and accompanying works on the transformer cabinet.
Gjakova
Investment project works
From the 35/10kV Substation Gjakova I, the following will be interrupted:
- TS 29 (code: 80080051003) from 09:00 to 17:00
Affected areas:
Lekë Dukagjini.
Reason:
Investment projects. Connection of existing customers to the new network.
