These Laws Adopted by the Assembly on December 5, 2024 Remain in Force, While Others Were Annulled by the Constitutional Court

A number of laws adopted by the Assembly of Kosovo on the night of December 5, 2024 have been annulled by the Constitutional Court, according to the decision published today, while only a few remain in force.

The request for a constitutional review of these laws was submitted to the Constitutional Court by the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK).

  4. Law No. 08/L-300 on the State Matura Examination
  5. Law No. 08/L-315 on Social and Affordable Housing
  6. Law No. 08/L-321 amending and supplementing Law No. 06/L-032 on Accounting, Financial Reporting and Auditing
  7. Law No. 08/L-320 on Mandatory Health Care Insurance
  8. Law No. 08/L-323 amending and supplementing Law No. 08/L-168 on the Special Prosecution
