This Year Alone, 6,000 Kosovars Received Work and Residence Permits in Croatia

Croatia has issued exactly 5,860 work and residence permits to Kosovars from January 1 to November 30 this year.

Kosovars rank seventh in terms of the number of work and residence permits issued during this period, following Bosnia and Herzegovina with over 30,000, Nepal, Serbia, the Philippines, India, and North Macedonia.

During the same period, Croatia issued a total of 160,000 work and residence permits, according to data from the Ministry of the Interior.

Of these, 76,700 were for new employment, 64,000 for extensions of existing permits, and around 20,000 were for seasonal work. Zagreb remains the main center for issuing these permits.
