Further details have been published about tomorrow’s peace talks in Istanbul.
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the talks are expected to begin at 11:00 AM UK time, at the Ciragan Palace.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously confirmed that Ukraine will take part in the talks with Russia tomorrow.
He said that his Defense Minister, Rustem Umerov, will represent Kyiv, but warned that the “main issues” can “only be resolved by the leaders” themselves.
The first round of talks in Istanbul lasted about two hours.
While both sides failed to reach a ceasefire agreement, the meeting led to the largest prisoner exchange of the war so far.
