The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, will speak today at the House of Kosovo in Davos, as part of the World Economic Forum, focusing on Kosovo and democracy.
“A conversation bringing together Albin Kurti, Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, and Rory Stewart OBE, for an open exchange on leadership, democracy, Kosovo, and global issues,” the House of Kosovo announced.
Yesterday, Prime Minister Kurti also hosted Canada’s Minister of Export Promotion, International Trade and Economic Development, Maninder Sidhu, at the House of Kosovo in Davos.
Kosovo is being represented at the World Economic Forum Davos 2026 through the House of Kosovo initiative, under the slogan “House of Kosovo, House of Talent.” This places Kosovo among only 25 countries worldwide with a dedicated national representation space at this major global forum.
In Davos, Kosovo is represented by Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who is holding meetings with international political leaders, foreign and diaspora investors, as well as representatives of civil society and global business.
The House of Kosovo will be open from 19 to 23 January 2026, daily from 10:00, at Davos Platz, serving as a hub for meetings and networking among leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and members of the Kosovar diaspora.
This year’s program includes high-level panels, presentations of Kosovo’s investment potential, cultural activities, and networking events addressing key global themes such as democracy, security, artificial intelligence, energy transition, and sustainable development.
Kosovo’s participation with the House of Kosovo in Davos is seen as a strategic platform for promoting the country as a destination for investment, innovation, and international cooperation.
