The newly elected deputies from the February 9 elections will convene once again to vote “in favor,” “against,” or abstain on the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo.
As it appears, Lëvizja Vetëvendosje (LVV) will once again nominate Albulena Haxhiu as their candidate for Speaker.
However, the opposition remains firmly against voting in favor of LVV’s proposal.
Just days ago, President Vjosa Osmani gathered political leaders in a meeting to try and find a way out of the institutional deadlock but the meeting yielded no results.
The parliamentary session is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM.
