Tomorrow, September 24, 2025, solemn events will be held to mark the second anniversary of the heroic fall of police officer Afrim Bunjaku, under the patronage of MP Xhelal Sveçla and the General Director of the Kosovo Police, Gazmend Hoxha.
The commemorative activities will take place in two key moments during the day:
Tributes at the Grave – 10:30 AM
The acting government, together with the General Director of the Kosovo Police, the diplomatic corps, and other officials from the Kosovo Police, will pay tribute at the grave of the hero Afrim Bunjaku.
During the ceremony, wreaths will be laid by state leaders, together with the Minister of Internal Affairs and the General Director of the Kosovo Police.
Memorial Academy – 3:00 PM
A memorial academy in honor of hero Afrim Bunjaku will be held in the Red Hall of the Palace of Youth in Prishtina.
Media representatives are invited to attend and cover these events, which commemorate a figure of great importance to public safety in Kosovo.
