Despite the efforts of the traffic police, the roads in Lezhë remain heavily congested, mainly due to the high influx of holidaymakers and inadequate road infrastructure.
The situation has worsened further due to the closure of the old Milot bridge, which used to serve as an alternative route to avoid blockages.
