Due to a large accumulation of water on the national road Ferizaj–Prishtina, specifically on the segment passing through the village of Llapnasellë, a decision has been made to temporarily suspend vehicle traffic on this road.
This was announced by the Kosovo Police through an official media statement.
The affected sections include the stretch from the “Prishtina Mall” roundabout toward Prishtina and the segment from the “Marigona” roundabout toward Ferizaj. The decision was taken in coordination with officials from the Ministry of Infrastructure and the company responsible for road maintenance.
According to the police announcement, vehicle traffic will be diverted and directed through the highway.
“This measure has been undertaken as a necessary step to protect citizens’ safety and to prevent traffic hazards,” the Kosovo Police statement said.
