The Basic Court in Pristina has opened the first hearing against Vladimir Tolliq, Blagoje Spasojević, and Dušan Maksimović, arrested following the armed attack in Banjska in September 2023, where Kosovo Police Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed.
🔹 The three are charged with acts of terrorism
🔹 The Special Prosecution has indicted 45 individuals – most of them at large, including Milan Radoičić, who claimed responsibility for the attack
🔹 Only one of the three defendants has pleaded not guilty so far
