Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama stated that the Special Court was created based on a report by Dick Marty, which he described as “infamous.”
He argued that the establishment of the court is a story built on insinuations, stressing that even the witnesses in this process appear like “actors from the Milošević era.”
“If you look at what triggered the creation of the Special Court and what is being discussed in this process, at the end of the day it is forgotten that the Court was initiated by the infamous report of Dick Marty. And there is not a single trace, not a single sign, not a single letter, not a single sound connected to that alleged organ trafficking—neither in the indictment nor in the entire development of the process. So, from the outset, there is a dramatic deviation, and the whole story is one of insinuations, unsupported by any convincing evidence. On the contrary, it is supported by super-ridiculous witnesses who look like actors from the Milošević era,” Rama told KlanKosova.
